We're a remote-first company, with a team of talented individuals working together to drive growth and innovation. **Job Summary** We're seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Team, where you'll play a critical role in driving data-driven decision making across our organization. As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform our marketing strategies. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting dashboards, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to drive business growth. **Responsibilities** As a Senior Marketing Analyst at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including: * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet future requirements and convenience * Becoming an expert on arenaflex's marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Using analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) to support scientific and reporting capabilities * Identifying significant, data-driven insights to improve business performance * Building and maintaining reporting dashboards for marketing KPIs, and setting goals for different campaigns * Identifying opportunities to improve or add to existing perspectives on data, leading to better resources for extracting learnings * Practicing sound business judgment and influencing the direction of arenaflex's business by working with and delivering results to cross-functional teams **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 3 years of relevant business experience handling complex problems and determining insights using quantitative methods * Experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or private equity firm, or an analytical role at a high-growth B2C or e-commerce tech company * Strong analytical skills, including SQL, advanced Excel modeling, and Tableau dashboard building * Business acumen, and a passion for marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and customer growth * Understanding of statistical significance and experience with A/B testing and experimentation for web or software * Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to move between detailed data and high-level insights to drive decisions * Proactive collaboration and communication within your team and cross-functional teams **What You'll Get** As a Senior Marketing Analyst at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance (100% paid employee-only coverage) * Up to 14 weeks of parental leave * Monthly wellness stipend * Telecommute reimbursement * Flexible spending account * 401(k) retirement savings plan * Employee stock purchase plan **About Our Culture** At arenaflex, we believe that diversity is a statement of all the amazing qualities that make us human: race, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, disability, and education – and those are just a few.
