**Key Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat Support Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional online assistance to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
