What You Bring • 5+ years as a video producer, filmmaker, or content creator with a strong storytelling portfolio (required). • Experience producing YouTube-optimized content for beauty, lifestyle, or creator-led channels. • Ability to translate educational or technical topics into accessible, engaging stories. • Highly proactive and comfortable running an end-to-end production pipeline independently. • Strong collaborator with experience working across brand, creative, and marketing teams. • Bonus: Experience working with agencies or external creative partners, navigating multi-stakeholder workflows and brand guidelines. • Deep knowledge of YouTube trends, best practices, and reputed company strategies. • Bonus: Experience producing beauty, haircare, or transformation-based content.
