**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Champion, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing full lifecycle customer service and sales, including assisting individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products and services to meet their needs
* Responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, and selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
* Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to upgrade products or services
* Working with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High speed internet access ( >15 mbps)
* Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam
* Ability to maintain and follow strict personal privacy for customer information
* Strong customer service orientation
* High school diploma or equivalent (more education is better)
* Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
**Physical and Mental Demands**
The physical and mental demands of this role include:
* Operating a computer, phone, and other office machinery
* Frequently communicating with other people, both within arenaflex and outside of arenaflex
* Frequently moving about inside and travel between households
* Ability to handle the stress associated with meeting frequent, multiple, and tight deadlines
* Ability to work a varied schedule, including evening and weekend hours based on project needs
* Consistent demonstration of mental stability and ability to have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
