As a member of our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and diverse organization that values collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Airport Operations, you'll be responsible for: * Safely loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections and efficient operations * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-related hazards * Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion * Scanning and processing baggage to ensure accurate routing to customer destinations * Collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational goals and objectives * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving **Work Environment and Physical Demands** This role requires working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent exposure to changing weather conditions, including heat, rain, and snow. You'll be required to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, with occasional exposure to heavy lifting (up to 50-70 pounds).
