You will work collaboratively with your team to deliver superior service, excite our customers, and deliver on our brand promise. A successful Customer Experience Ambassador will have a passion for delivering extraordinary service to our best Card Members in a customer-facing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception * Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded * Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, ultimately making loyal enthusiasts out of our Card Members * Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations * Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations to enhance our Card Members' experiences * Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance to support our Card Members' travel needs * Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members **Lounge Hours of Operation:** The arenaflex Centurion Lounge operates from 05:30 AM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Sunday.
