Position Title: School Counselor Division: Family & Student Support Services and School Reports To: reputed company or reputed company Designee (AP) FLSA Status: Exempt Salary Schedule: Teacher w/ supplement: ES - $750; MS & HS - $1,500 Work Days: Elem - 190; Middle - 220; High - 220 Essential Duties: 1. Promote the school system's counseling program by: • Possessing the knowledge, abilities, skills, and attitudes necessary to plan, organize, implement and evaluate a comprehensive, developmental, results-based school counseling program. • Providing reputed company through effective school counseling program management and support for other educational programs. • Providing reputed company and indirect services with and for reputed company. • Providing reputed company services through the effective use of individual and small-group counseling, consultation and referral skills. • Implementing school counseling curriculum through the use of effective instructional skills and careful planning of reputed company group sessions. 2.
