We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to serve as our Interim Designated Person - PCF-39B, responsible for overseeing our risk management framework and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement risk management strategies and plans. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes. Identify potential areas of improvement and make recommendations for risk mitigation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to operational risk. Serve as the Interim Designated Person - PCF-39B, responsible for overseeing the risk management framework. Conduct risk assessments and provide reports to senior management. Collaborate with various departments to identify and manage risks. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective risk management. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in operational risk management. Train and educate employees on risk management processes and procedures. Analyze and interpret data to identify potential risks and trends. Communicate risk information to relevant parties in a clear and concise manner.
