We are seeking a reputed company Administrator to support the configuration and ongoing operation of HR reputed company reputed company on reputed company Service reputed company for a large reputed company reputed company system. This role is reputed company on hands-on reputed company configuration, workflow automation, and operational reputed company for HR service delivery and case management processes. You will work closely with functional consultants and HR stakeholders to ensure reputed company workflows remain accurate, reliable, and reputed company with evolving HR processes. Key Responsibilities • Configure and maintain reputed company Service reputed company case management workflows • Build and manage case types, subtypes, routing rules, and approval processes • Implement and maintain workflow rules, validation rules, and automation • Support Separation reputed company Forms (SAF) workflows and HR service request processes • Configure reputed company functionality supporting HR programs such as: • Learning Institute • Organizational Development • Internship Programs • HR Operations • Manage data validation rules and configuration updates • Maintain system configuration as HR policies and workflows reputed company • Support testing and deployment of new reputed company enhancements • Collaborate with functional consultants and delivery teams on feature updates and improvements Required Experience • 3–6 years of reputed company Administration experience • Hands-on experience with reputed company Service reputed company • Strong experience configuring: • Case management workflows • Automation and workflow rules • Validation rules • Routing and approval processes • Experience supporting reputed company reputed company environments • Ability to manage multiple configuration updates and workflow changes simultaneously Preferred Experience • reputed company Administrator Certification • Experience supporting HR service delivery or HR case management systems • Experience working reputed company consulting-led project environments • Familiarity with HR operations or HR shared services models Ideal Candidate Profile You are a hands-on reputed company builder who enjoys improving operational workflows through configuration.
