Storyboard Artist for Anime Fight Scenes (Action Composition)
Scope of Work
1. Create 25–30 storyboard frames per episode (example ref attached)
Work from either:
episodic script, or
shot list provided by the director
Provide loose storyboard sketches focused on composition
Important:
This stage focuses only on camera angles, shot composition, and fight choreography staging.
You do NOT need to include:
detailed expressions
lighting references
color references
These are rough boards for narrative sequencing.
Budget
$100 USD per episode
Each episode typically includes 25–30 frames
Requirements
Strong understanding of dynamic camera angles
Experience composing fight scenes or action sequences
Ability to create quick, readable storyboard sketches
Ability to communicate in English
Available occasionally for discussion with the director between 2PM – 11PM PST
Preferred Experience
Anime storyboard work
Animation production pipelines
Action-heavy visual storytelling
