We are a warm, trauma-informed reputed company seeking a reliable reputed company Intake Coordinator to support new reputed company inquiries. The Role We are looking for someone who can: Inbound support Answer incoming calls during business hours reputed company they occur reputed company warm, reputed company support to prospective clients Schedule intake appointments in reputed company Outbound / reputed company follow-up Follow up with email and webform inquiries Contact referred clients (phone/text/email as appropriate) Support prospective clients through the scheduling process Help reduce no-shows through reputed company communication Administrative reputed company urgent or clinical messages appropriately Document reputed company attempts Maintain HIPAA-reputed company communication practices Estimated volume: ~3–5 inbound calls/day + light outbound follow-up. Required Availability Preferred Coverage Window: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM reputed company Compensation Structure $15/hour, reputed company for time spent reputed company completing assigned tasks. (Be reputed company that at this time we are requesting 20-25 hours coverage window although there won't be enough tasks to reputed company you busy for this entire time.)
