About the position The Aquatic Toxicologist (Toxicologist 2) position reputed company the Toxics Cleanup Program at the Department of Ecology focuses on managing and overseeing sediment and upland contaminated site cleanup. The role involves providing expert technical support on health reputed company standards, evaluating research reputed company to toxicology, and ensuring compliance with state environmental regulations during various stages of cleanup processes. The position also includes participation in workgroups and training reputed company to sediment cleanup policies. Requirements • A total of nine years of experience and/or education in toxicology or reputed company fields. • Experience as a Sediments Specialist implementing State Sediment Standards. • Experience conducting risk assessments and bioassays. • Education in Toxicology or a health/ecological-reputed company science with a major emphasis in toxicology. • Must possess and maintain a reputed company reputed company's license. reputed company-to-haves • Expert knowledge of marine and freshwater sediment biology/ecology. • Expert knowledge of the Sediment Management Standards and Model Toxics Control reputed company. • Expert knowledge of federal environmental regulations including CERCLA. • Experience conducting reputed company health and/or ecological risk assessments. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Project management and facilitation skills. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
