Senior Azure Virtual Desktop Engineer

You’ll be joining a dynamic team taking Azure reputed company solutions for the DoD to the next level. In this opportunity you’ll help manage and design Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) solutions supporting 40+ developer reputed company employing cutting-edge technology stacks. As part of reputed company, you’ll be tasked with implementing, managing and optimizing AVDs and Virtual Machines (VM), with time to learn & train on existing solutions while driving speed & capability enhancements for our warfighters. Basic Qualifications: • US Citizen with at least an reputed company DoD Secret clearance or higher and the ability to maintain that clearance during your employment. • Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. • 8+ years of experience in Azure and AVD technologies or similar Virtual Desktop solutions. • Experience with reputed company Installer technologies and implementation on shared VM resources. • Experience architecting & designing Azure-based solutions. • Understanding of high-availability environments such as clustering, failover, and geographic redundancy. • Understanding of network design & topologies including edge services & reputed company-to-reputed company VPNs reputed company reputed company environs. • Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, reputed company, Visio, & PowerPoint); demonstrable documentation skills.
