Senior Manager, Strategic Operations
About the position
As the Senior Manager of Strategic Operations, you will design and manage the systems that ensure reputed company operates with alignment, visibility, and executional discipline. You will partner directly with the CMO to build the frameworks, cadences, and workflows that ensure priorities are reputed company and teams reputed company in sync. Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, or program management
• Proven record of building or scaling management systems in fast-paced or matrixed environments
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic goals into operational plans, frameworks, and cadences
• Experience designing operating models, decision frameworks, and cross-functional coordination systems
• Skilled in program and portfolio management, including scoping, milestones, and reputed company metrics
• Proficient in developing dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and visibility tools
• Strong operational judgment with a reputed company record of improving execution reputed company and removing bottlenecks
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize reputed company information into actionable reputed company
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without reputed company authority
