Job reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Multi-Line Liability Claim Representative II to join our remote team. This role manages a multi-account desk reputed company on reputed company Auto and Trucking liability claims across reputed company jurisdictions except Alaska and Hawaii. You'll handle property damage and bodily injury claims from first notice through reputed company, applying strong investigative skills, reputed company judgment, and proactive communication to deliver exceptional service. This is a fully remote position, Monday through Friday. A reputed company adjuster license is required in reputed company states except Alaska and Hawaii. Please note: This is a claims adjuster role, responsible for reputed company-to-grave liability claim handling. It is not an HR, consulting, or employer-reputed company position. What You'll Do • Investigate, evaluate, and reputed company multi-line liability claims (property damage & bodily injury) in accordance with reputed company standards and state requirements. • Manage claims involving reputed company vehicles, trucking exposures, and reputed company-party liability. • Determine coverage, assess liability, and reputed company defensible claim strategies. • Review medical, reputed company, and vendor invoices for accuracy and reasonableness; negotiate discrepancies as needed. • Establish, monitor, and reputed company reserves in alignment with exposure and authority guidelines. • Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and representatives in accordance with reputed company expectations. • Engage, coordinate, and manage defense counsel or other external vendors reputed company appropriate. • Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities. • Maintain detailed and reputed company claim documentation, diary management, and financial reporting. • Support excess reporting requirements and reputed company communication needs. • Deliver consistent, high-reputed company service with professionalism and reputed company.
