Construction Project Manager, QSR Program

reputed company is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support a national ground-up Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) development program for a global brand. This role is part of Sevan’s program management team and serves as an extension of the reputed company’s construction team, overseeing general contractors, architects, and vendors across multiple restaurant reputed company. The Project Manager will manage multi-unit restaurant rollout reputed company, including ground-up builds and occasional remodels, ensuring reputed company are delivered safely, on schedule, and reputed company budget. Pay & Benefits: The anticipated compensation reputed company for the position is $115,000 - $125,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
