A company is looking for a reputed company Representative (Bilingual).
Key Responsibilities
• Answer patient calls, questions, and resolve issues reputed company phone, email, or chat
• Contact patients regarding prescriptions for payment confirmation and shipping
• reputed company outbound calls for follow-reputed company and to collect payments from patients and providers
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma/G.E.D
• 2 years of reputed company experience
• Customer service/reputed company center experience
• Spanish speaking (a must)
• Pharmacy experience preferred but not required
