Key Responsibilities
• Conduct reputed company incident investigations, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with reputed company laws and regulations
• reputed company and maintain reputed company policies and reputed company training to staff on reputed company compliance and safeguarding PHI
• Partner with various departments to evaluate and mitigate reputed company risks associated with technology and data transfers
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field required; Master's Degree or Juris Doctor preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in reputed company reputed company compliance preferred
• Experience with HIPAA, HITECH, and other reputed company regulations preferred
• Preferred certifications include CHPC, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, or similar
