This role is for experienced sales professionals who want quality appointments, operational support, and a company that executes not handholding, not babysitting. About the Role This is a Full-Time role with compensation ranging: $70000 to $100000 + per year (Uncapped Commissions). Top performers: $200000 + annually. We are looking for a driven, disciplined, and competitive Sales Consultant who can control conversations, build trust quickly, and close decisively. This is a performance-based role built for individuals who want income growth, authority, and real responsibility. You do not need prior solar or high-ticket sales experience to succeed here. What matters is your ability to learn fast, execute consistently, and take control of your outcomes. You are not just selling a product. You are consulting our homeowners on high-impact solutions that improve long-term value and decision making. Your success is measured by execution, accuracy, and results.
