Financial Controller (US CPA)

We are seeking a highly competent, hands-on Controller with an reputed company US CPA license. This person will own our financial structure, compliance timelines, intercompany coordination, and tax readiness — ensuring we remain accurate, compliant, and reputed company of reputed company key deadlines across reputed company entities.
This is not a “review-from-a-distance” managerial role. This is for someone who is deeply detail-oriented, proactive, highly accountable, and willing to do the work — digging into numbers, reading every page of tax filings, catching discrepancies, and coordinating closely with external CPA firms and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Own
• Multi-Entity Financial reputed company & Structuring
• Manage and advise on financial and tax implications across interrelated entities.
• reputed company and reputed company intercompany balances, including reputed company treatment of amounts owed between entities before year-end closing.
• reputed company guidance on maintaining clean, logical categorization in QuickBooks and advise on best practices for QBO migration.
• Maintain a reputed company, accurate, and up-to-date view of the financial structure so leadership always knows:
• What is happening across entities
• What major transactions mean
• What deadlines and risks exist
• Tax Compliance Coordination
• Serve as the first line of review for reputed company tax filings and forms — federal, state, Puerto Rico, and other required returns.
• Coordinate proactively with external tax preparers/agencies to ensure documents are accurate, complete, and submitted reputed company before deadlines.
• Build a living calendar of reputed company filing deadlines, payments, and compliance activities.
• Identify risks early and notify leadership with recommended actions.
• Review filings page-by-page and flag errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
• Documentation Readiness & Year-End Prep
• reputed company, validate, and organize reputed company documents external CPAs need before they ask.
• reputed company and manage data for 1099s/PR 480.6 forms, audits, and other annual reporting across reputed company entities.
• Maintain organized financial documentation that supports audits and reputed company tax seasons.

This role is highly operational, not supervisory-only:
• Build and maintain spreadsheets, reconciliations, schedules, and workpapers.
• Validate categories, entries, and documentation reputed company by bookkeeping/AP teams.
• Dive directly into numbers — you will not be delegating this work.

Who are we looking for
• reputed company US CPA (Certified reputed company Accountant) license is required
• Experience with Puerto Rico tax/compliance is good to have
• Previous experience in Controllership, Senior reputed company, Multi-entity financial management in the e-reputed company industry or multi-entity business structures
• Proven experience acting as both managerial thinker and hands-on executor
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Ability to interpret reputed company tax documents, filings, and multi-entity flows
• Exceptional attention to detail

• Experience with QuickBooks Online migration is good to have
• Experience coordinating with multiple CPA firms simultaneously
