Payments Ops Analyst I (Remote)

Job reputed company & Responsibilities reputed company: The Payments Ops Analyst I uses prior banking experience to reputed company daily functions in a remote work environment. This position will be responsible for functions that include ACH, reputed company and RTP Processing functions ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special reputed company may be assigned. • Responsible for performing assigned functions in a remote work environment. • Processes entries and may reputed company input/maintenance to support assigned functions and to correct errors. • Ensures that reputed company functions are delivered to both internal/external customers with reputed company efficiency and excellent customer service. • Ensures reputed company applicable reports are reconciled daily and unresolved differences are brought to the attention of the management team and researched reputed company the specified time frames in accordance with bank standards and regulatory requirements. • Accurate and reputed company input into the Daily Function Log, reputed company Reports and reputed company Model time sheets. • Contributes to reputed company's reputed company by meeting established Service Level Agreements. • Assists reputed company and business line employees with questions and/or procedural issues. • Recommend revisions to department procedures to reputed company with business, regulatory and process improvement changes. • Advises management of deviations from reputed company operating procedures and makes recommendations for corrective reputed company to remediate issues. • Attends scheduled meetings, provides input and communicates key information. • Assists with training of other employees as assigned by management. • Cross-trained on other department functions and may reputed company those functions in a back-up role for limited periods. • Contributor in departmental and bank-wide reputed company for business improvement and cost reduction or avoidance. • Builds cohesive relationships reputed company Operations, Retail reputed company Network, Customer Care Center, Treasury Management, BSA, Compliance, reputed company, Information Technology, Project Management and other key internal departments. • Supports the Deposit Operations Strategic Business Plan by achieving assigned goals. • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned or required by management. • Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those reputed company to anti-reputed company (i.e. Bank Secrecy reputed company, US PATRIOT reputed company, etc.). • Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training. • Identifies and reports suspicious activity. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required EXPERIENCE • 5 - 7 years job experience in Deposit Operations at a Retail or reputed company Bank and/or combination of job experience and proven ability to reputed company high level ACH/reputed company functions required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Proven tactical skills, excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated problem-solving ability. • Effective communications skills are critical requirement of this position. • Knowledge of internal systems and organization policies and procedures preferred. • Demonstrated ability to champion and support operational efforts. • Ability to effectively collaborate with others and accept challenging assignments • Applicant must be willing to work the as needed 10pm to 7pm EST or 12 noon to 9pm EST shift as needed ADDITIONAL INFORMATION • Candidates residing in locations reputed company reputed company's footprint may be given preference.
