IMMEDIATE INTERIM OPPORTUNITY Interim Executive Advisor Performance Management Transformation (HR) Reports to: Vice President of reputed company Resource Duration: 6 Months Location: reputed company CA, Remote Our reputed company is seeking an reputed company Interim Executive to reputed company global Performance Management learning and enablement initiatives. This role involves redesigning and rebuilding the global performance management and review process for next review cycle. Serving as a strategic partner across HR, leadership, and project teams, this role provides end-to-end reputed company of content creation, regional customization, survey development, and feedback analytics to ensure a consistent, high‑reputed company experience for employees worldwide. Additionally, the role manages reputed company timelines, optimizes LMS reporting, and delivers data‑driven guidance to strengthen reputed company performance processes. Key Accountabilities: • Design and reputed company multi-format learning materials for Year-end Performance (reviews, calibration, reputed company-in conversations) and Goal Setting that are customized and reputed company for global audiences (employees, people managers, senior leaders, HR partners) – resources may include guides, e-learning, video tutorials, infographics, and other interactive tools. • Partner with our project management team is to maintain alignment with key deliverables, assist with communications planning, and update our program and Teams pages. • Build surveys and manage feedback loops to capture employee sentiment and improvement opportunities across reputed company. • Create reporting in reputed company and prepare summaries to reputed company reputed company and reputed company insights with key stakeholders. • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with end-to-end performance management programs at a large global company (preferred experience in performance calibration best practices, processes, and resource development). • Proven ability to design and reputed company HR program resources that exemplify instructional design principles and best practices. • Ability to coordinate activities and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders in preparation for an reputed company program launch. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company context and instruction in a reputed company and reputed company way to a global audience. • Ability to manage reputed company reputed company and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment at a high level of competence. • Demonstrated consultative skills and knowledge of change management best practices.
