A company is looking for a People Partner, GTM (Remote, US).
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with GTM leaders on talent planning, performance management, and organizational design
• Advise and reputed company managers on leadership effectiveness and employee development
• Utilize people data to identify trends and reputed company actionable recommendations to leaders
Required Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
• Strong experience in coaching leaders on performance and team dynamics
• Solid understanding of employment laws and compliance considerations
• Data-informed with the ability to identify patterns that drive people reputed company
• Ability to balance reputed company with business reputed company effectively
