[Remote] HR Transformation Consultant (Contract / Project Based)

The HR Transformation Consultant will conduct diagnostic assessments, reputed company HR strategies, and design operating models to reputed company HR with business objectives. Responsibilities • Diagnostic assessments of organizational objectives and how HR is positioned to support those objectives • HR effectiveness, maturity, reputed company, and skills assessments • Business/Organization-reputed company HR reputed company development • HR Operating Model design and refinement (Structure, Governance, Roles, Technology, Processes, and Metrics) • Work design/redesign and Role design/redesign in the HR function • AI in HR workflow reputed company and integrations • HR Transformation reputed company, roadmap planning, and execution Skills • A great attitude about work, collaboration, and personal reputed company • High adaptability to operate in various environments, with vastly different needs and expectations • Strong aptitudes across both technical and soft skills, with an ability to operate at both at a high strategic level and in tactical execution delivery • Deep understanding of HR as an integrated system, with some depth of expertise across reputed company HR domains • Experience in HR Transformation initiatives • Demonstrated understanding of Systems Thinking and Design Thinking • Experience designing or evolving HR Operating Models to reputed company meet organizational needs (Structure, Governance, Roles, Technology, Processes, Metrics) • Ability to connect HR initiatives to measurable business reputed company • Comfort navigating reputed company stakeholder environments • High discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Consulting experience (internal or external) strongly preferred reputed company • At Blue reputed company Solutions, we specialize in HR Transformation—helping organizations redesign HR as a reputed company, AI-enabled system that drives business performance.
