**Experienced Full Stack Strategy & Operations Manager – DashPass Customer Experience**

As a key member of our DashPass customer experience team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our subscription business and driving growth, quality, and innovation.
**About the Role**
As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of growth and quality initiatives that drive subscriber retention and acquisition. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, analytics, finance, design, and more, to build, launch, and scale new opportunities. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights that inform our business decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute strategies to drive subscriber growth, retention, and engagement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, launch, and scale new initiatives
* Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and performance tracking metrics
* Lead experiments and A/B testing to optimize subscriber experience and retention
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product, marketing, and finance teams
* Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply knowledge to inform business decisions
**Essential Qualifications**
* 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth, or related areas
* Strong analytical skills, with experience in SQL, financial modeling, and performance tracking
* Proven track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a cross-functional team environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
* Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business fields
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and customer experience
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Familiarity with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
* Strong knowledge of marketing and product development principles and practices

**Compensation and Benefits**
* **Base Salary**: The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
* **Colorado Pay Range**: $128,900 - $193,300 USD
* **California Pay Range**: $136,000 - $214,800 USD
* **New York Pay Range**: $143,200 - $214,800 USD
