As the largest provider of behavioral health services in Travis County, we are dedicated to improving the lives of those we serve through innovative programs, compassionate care, and a commitment to excellence. **Job Summary** The Crisis Hotline is the first point of contact and representation of arenaflex by phone to the public, clients, community, and providers. Calls, texts, and chats coming into arenaflex's main crisis number and 988 National Suicide Crisis Lifeline are answered by Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) 24/7, including holidays. As a Remote Overnight Crisis Chat/Text Licensed Supervisor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT), you will play a critical role in providing direct clinical support to clinicians, reviewing chats and texts, and assisting with training and on-call clinical support. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide direct clinical support to clinicians answering calls, chats, and texts * Provide administrative and personnel support to clinicians * Review chats and texts along with documentation of front-line clinicians * Assist with training as needed * Provide on-call clinical support to staff as needed * Answer calls, chats, and texts as needed by providing crisis intervention services and risk assessments * Work closely with a multitude of community partners, including but not limited to APD, TCSO, medical facilities, and schools **Requirements** * Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field * Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record * Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT * Bilingual (preferred) * Crisis, customer service experience (preferred) **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a trauma-sensitive workplace that fosters a supportive and welcoming environment of care.
