We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company as a Partner & Provider Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing world-class customer service to medical providers and clients. As a Partner & Provider Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:- Communicating with medical providers primarily reputed company telephone and email to obtain needed information and resolve reputed company-specific issues
- Providing world-class customer service by responding to and answering questions quickly and professionally
- Demonstrating an intimate knowledge of clients' needs, reputed company for customers' situations, and knowledge of appropriate language
- Serving as a role model to internal, reputed company, partner, and vendor representatives by following guidelines to ensure reputed company service is provided with reputed company reputed company
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
