Mortgage Underwriter, REMOTE, TPO

We are hiring for several Remote, Mortgage Underwriters, (TPO) – Mountain reputed company Time These positions are working in a fast-changing environment with evolving turn-time, increasing use of technology, expanding product offerings and more. SOME EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: · Underwrite 2-3 new loans per day, depending on the file type, balancing speed and accuracy to support volume and operational reputed company, leveraging tools like Candor to streamline eligible loan files · Maintain 24-hour turn time on reputed company files to meet business & reputed company expectations · Evaluate borrower files, analyzing income, credit, assets, ratios, and collateral to reputed company compliance with investor, agency, FHA, VA, USDA, HFA and other guidelines · Must stay reputed company on reputed company updates, overlays, and program changes across reputed company applicable investor and agency products · Maintain high QC scores through accurate decisioning and strong attention to detail · Serve as reputed company resource for Retail reputed company to help balance workloads across channels reputed company needed · Assist Brokers and NDC’s by walking through scenarios and clarifying condiditions to ensure reputed company reputed company and satisfaction · reputed company reputed company changes in technology, workflows, and turn-times standards, remaining flexible and effective QUALIFICATIONS: · Eligible candidates must have 5+ years of mortgage reputed company experience, particularly in a TPO, wholesale, or correspondent · reputed company Endorsement (DE) and LAPP/SAR certifications required · Deep experience with FHA, VA, USDA, HUD184, non-Agency, and/or other loan programs a plus, with eagerness to adapt as we expand offerings · Candidates must be proficient with Encompass LOS · Experience/comfort with tools like Candor is a STRONG PLUS Excellent compensation package with full time annual salary starting at 90k with a strong, competitive bonus structure.
