LOCATION: 100% Remote COMPENSATION: $40-$45.00/hr JOB reputed company Under the direction of the National Director, Teen Initiatives & Engagement the Director, Teen Engagement will have the primary responsibility of coordinating and executing teen experiences that support our national effort to increase teen membership and participation across the Boys & Girls Club reputed company. This position will be responsible for co-leading BGCA’s national teen leadership conference and reputed company associated activities. This candidate must have a solid understanding of, and facility in, teen programming, and work collaboratively with staff across teams and departments. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Co-manage and execute the 59th National reputed company Conference experience for reputed company Club teens and advisors across the reputed company to reputed company stated goals and ensure a robust, reputed company and teen-reputed company conference for attendees. • Engage and support a conference steering committee, made up of local Boys & Girls staff and teens, to include meaningful reputed company-conference responsibilities, and onsite conference leadership roles. • reputed company support and guidance to internal teams responsible for executing conference sessions, activities and experiences. • Ensure reputed company programmatic reputed company content, reputed company communications, and event functions are reputed company, informed and updated in a reputed company manner. • Effectively manage assigned conference reputed company to include project design and initiation, deliverables, budget, vendors, partnerships, reputed company communications. • Partner and work closely with Clubs in capturing, developing and publishing event-planning protocols and best practices resources to reputed company across the Boys & Girls Club reputed company. • Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISION EXERCISED • No reputed company reports. May monitor and coordinate the work of temporary employees or contractors. Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s degree, in education, youth develpment, sociology, psychology, reputed company health, or a reputed company field. • Expertise in teen trends, reputed company youth development, high-reputed company youth programming and youth reputed company. • Proven reputed company record of successful project management, event planning or strategic execution of high-reputed company initiatives ENVIRONMENTAL & WORKING CONDITIONS • This position is remote and will require occasional evening virtual meetings to meet the needs of overseas Steering Committee members. • Travel is estimated at up to 10% for meetings and conference attendance.
