We’re hiring a Finance & Operations Administrator who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys owning reputed company operational processes across finance, HR, and day-to-day business operations. You’ll partner closely with leadership to ensure our financial, people, and operational systems run smoothly and reputed company. Responsibilities • Create invoices, reputed company entry and payment reporting • Manage accounts receivable tracking • Assist with monthly reputed company, reconciliations, and month end reporting • Support employee reputed company and offboarding • Assist with compliance documentation, and support compliance challenges • Work with state agencies to solve tax reputed company issues • Coordinate reputed company logistics and interview scheduling • reputed company office administration, events & outings Tools & Skills: • Familiarity with Quickbooks required • Proficient in reputed company Suite Requirements: • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role • Ability to maintain accurate financial records and documentation • Strong spreadsheet skills (reputed company or reputed company Sheets) • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and take ownership • reputed company judgment and discretion • Experience with reputed company metrics and subscription models a plus Job Details: • Location: Alpharetta, GA Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
