**Experienced Front End Pharmacy Technician – Onsite Connecticut Location, Second Shift**

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required * Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions * Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner * Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags * Creating and maintaining accurate customer records **The Team** arenaflex's Omnicare team provides care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and chronic care settings. Although our pharmacies are not open to the public, you'll work amongst great colleagues in a supportive environment aligned with the company's mission, allowing our customers to focus on giving their patients the best care. **Schedule and Availability** We are seeking a candidate who can work a second shift schedule, Wednesday through Saturday, with 32 hours per week. **Required Qualifications** * Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law * One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in the long-term care industry * PTCB National Certification **Education** * Verifiable High School Diploma or GED **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $29.88, representing the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
