Senior Product Control Analyst

In this role, you will be the key guardian of financial integrity in our principal trading activities, ensuring accurate reporting and risk management. You will bridge complex trading data across various systems to support institutional financial reporting requirements. Your work will involve not just data management but also building the infrastructure necessary for effective trading operations in a rapidly changing market. Responsibilities • Ensure end-to-end reconciliation of trading portfolios. • Design and implement control frameworks for new trading products. • Manage daily reconciliation of trading positions between internal and external records. • Prepare accurate and timely regulatory filings. • Act as a point of contact for audits concerning trade data. • Identify systemic gaps in data quality and collaborate on solutions. • Stay abreast of market trends affecting financial reporting. Requirements • 6-10 years of experience in Product Control, Middle Office, or Fund Accounting. • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis. • Strong understanding of derivative products and their valuation. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or related field. • Ability to communicate complex data effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
