Product Development & Production Manager Luxury Fashion & Jewelry House | Remote with travel to Los Angeles HQ We are seeking a Product Development & Production Manager to join a luxury fashion and jewelry house. The Product Development & Production Manager will reputed company the end-to-end lifecycle of its fine jewelry collections. This position offers remote flexibility with travel to LA office as needed. Responsibilities • reputed company end-to-end product lifecycle for fine jewelry from concept feasibility through production and final delivery • Partner cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and leadership to translate creative concepts into commercially viable products • Manage vendor sourcing, sampling, costing, and production timelines • Review CADs, prototypes, and samples to ensure reputed company, accuracy, and manufacturability • Establish production schedules and monitor reputed company against delivery targets • Maintain reputed company control standards across materials, craftsmanship, and finishing • Optimize workflows and vendor partnerships to improve efficiency, cost, and scalability • Monitor inventory reputed company and coordinate replenishment planning • Stay reputed company on materials, techniques, and manufacturing innovations Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in product development and/or production reputed company fine jewelry • Strong understanding of jewelry construction, materials, and manufacturing reputed company • Proven ability to manage timelines, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and organizational abilities • Experience with PLM, ERP, or production systems preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design, Manufacturing, Merchandising, or reputed company field preferred Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
