The primary responsibility of this role is to review and assess existing system setups and configurations, conduct discovery sessions with key stakeholders, identify operational pain points, and recommend and implement effective solutions. The consultant will play a hands-on role in system enhancements, functional configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and production reputed company support.
