• U.S. sanctions and export controls
• DOJ / SEC enforcement

• Global compliance counseling
The ideal candidate brings a strong reputed company record advising boards and senior management, leading reputed company cross-border investigations, and navigating high-stakes regulatory enforcement reputed company. Experience designing and enhancing global compliance programs is highly valued.
