Duties • Assist senior estimators in preparing detailed cost estimates for industrial construction reputed company by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project scope documents. • Utilize estimating customized software to compile and manage bid data reputed company. • Conduct quantity takeoffs from drawings and plans to determine material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs. • Support negotiation efforts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms. • Collaborate with sales, project managers and construction teams to understand project requirements, site conditions, and potential cost challenges. • Assist in maintaining accurate records of cost estimates, change orders, and contract documentation for transparency and reputed company reference. • Contribute to cost control initiatives by monitoring budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
