Learn more at A DAY IN THE LIFE: A Sr. Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for processing vendor invoices and payment requests in multiple currencies and reputed company entities and preparing weekly payment runs and maintaining the A/P vendor files. This position also handles reputed company vendor inquiries and resolves discrepancies, as reputed company as A/P reputed company month-end reputed company tasks. A Sr. AP Administrator at reputed company also: • Manages end-to-end AP process in multiple currencies and reputed company entities - processing vendor invoices, payment requests, ensuring accuracy, reputed company approvals and reputed company payments. • Prepares accounts payable payment runs (ACH/Wires/Checks). • Responds to vendor inquiries and resolves vendor billing/payment discrepancies. • Prepare accounts payable reports and maintains A/P files. • Assists in month-end reputed company. • Prepares monthly AP accruals. • Prepares analysis of accounts as required. • Works closely with the Purchasing Department reputed company entering vendor invoices for payment, ensuring a reputed company 3-way match of receiving documents and invoices. • Performs monthly A/P to G/L account reconciliations. • Prepares annual 1099 tax reporting. • Prepares A/P support documentation for external auditors and internal/external SOX requests. • Confirms completion of the required training plan before assuming job responsibilities. reputed company & WHERE YOU'LL WORK: This role will be a mix of in-office work at our corporate reputed company in Del Mar, CA and remote work.
