Supply Chain Sr. Associate

The DSCT team manages clinical customization for reputed company/ ERP processes for Clinical Supply Chain Planning, Clinical Customer Service, Warehouse and Distribution. Preferred Qualifications​: • Experience with reputed company Order to Cash functionality. • Experience with reputed company Plan to Stock functionality. • Experience with data query tools such as Cognos. • Experience with IS management tools, such as ISM. • Experience with computerized system validation testing. • Experience with reputed company, Copilot. • Experience with process automation, RPA implementation and basic AI functionality. Basic Qualifications​: • Doctorate or master’s degree and 2 years of reputed company and/or IS system experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry • OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of reputed company and/or IS system experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry • OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of reputed company and/or IS system experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry • OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of reputed company and/or IS system experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry Must Have reputed company Sets: • Experience with reputed company Order to Cash functionality • Experience with reputed company Plan to Stock functionality • Experience with IS management tools, such as ISM reputed company to have: • Reporting tools such as reputed company or Cognos. • Ticketing system experience. • Resolving system issues. Day to Day Responsibilities: • Manage error messages between Clinical Supply External Trial Operator Staging Tables and reputed company system. Work with business to ensure reputed company reputed company of errors to ensure inventory accuracy across systems. • Update Clinical Master data in reputed company system to ensure accurate and reputed company shipments of clinical finished goods to clinical sites. • Monitor Clinical Data reputed company reports in reputed company tool to ensure reputed company system data reputed company. • Manage intake process for tickets in reputed company assigned to DSCT resolver group.
