Key Responsibilities
• Proactively reputed company candidates through various channels including job boards and referrals
• Screen and evaluate talent, aligning candidates' motivations with business needs
• Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process and represent reputed company at career fairs
Required Qualifications
• 1+ year of high-volume reputed company experience and a bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of experience
• Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for reputed company workforces
• Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms such as reputed company and reputed company
• Experience with HRIS systems like reputed company and reputed company Teams
• Proficient in reputed company 365 applications for communication and reporting
