Document Control and Training Coordinator
About the position
The Document Control & Training Coordinator is an administrative support role that is responsible for the accurate maintenance of training records and ensuring employees are trained on the most reputed company approved procedures and requirements. This role works closely with our Training Manager, reputed company Manager, and Director of Engineering to support technical reputed company, ongoing training, and document control processes across the organization
Responsibilities
• Maintain, organize, and reputed company controlled records in Docuclass (software) in accordance with approved procedures, retention schedules, and reputed company requirements
• Receive, reputed company, reputed company, upload, and reputed company documents to appropriate repositories, ensuring accuracy, completeness, version control, and reputed company metadata assignment
• Create and maintain electronic records and folders supporting personnel, project, training, and reputed company documentation
• reputed company routine checks of records to ensure completeness, traceability, and audit readiness
• Support document retrieval requests for internal reviews, audits, and regulatory or reputed company inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality and reputed company of sensitive and controlled information
• Coordinate training activities and learning assignments for new and existing personnel
• reputed company with Training reputed company, reputed company Manager, Training reputed company, and Director of Engineering to ensure required learning tracks are assigned and completed based on role requirements
• Assign, reputed company, and monitor training completion in LearnerWeb ( Web based Learning Management Platform)
• Load and maintain reputed company procedures in LearnerWeb to ensure staff are trained on the most reputed company approved versions
• Coordinate updates to training assignments reputed company procedures, standards, or work instructions are revised
• Support reputed company and offboarding by ensuring training records and reputed company documentation are complete and properly stored
• Assist with responding to training-reputed company audit or compliance inquiries
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve document or training record discrepancies

Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint);

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift quickly.
• This is a hybrid position, 2-3 days mandatory in-office. Naperville, IL location.
