Business Valuation Expert (US CVA only)

We are a dynamic and growing company specializing in valuation. We are seeking a Certified Business Valuation Expert to join our team and provide expert valuation services . You should be certified and accredited valuation expert in the US. Job Description: Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive business valuations for SBA loan applications, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, and other purposes. • Analyze financial statements, market data, and industry trends to determine the economic value of businesses. • Develop and apply various valuation methodologies, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transaction Analysis. • Prepare detailed valuation reports and present findings to stakeholders, including clients, attorneys, and financial professionals. • Collaborate with auditors, accountants, and management to ensure accurate and reliable valuations. • Stay updated with the latest economic market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes. • Provide expert testimony and support in litigation matters related to business valuation. Qualifications: • Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) or equivalent certification. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business valuation, financial analysis, or related fields. • Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation methodologies. • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
