Are you a strategic Retail Media advertising leader who thrives at the intersection of client partnership, team leadership, technical innovation, and data-driven results? At Tinuiti, we are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager to join our team. We are actively searching for a high-impact leader to step into this role—someone who can drive 360-degree marketing excellence while empowering a high-performing team to do their best work. Client-Centric Partnership You are committed to delivering exceptional service and measurable value through full-funnel, 360-degree Commerce expertise. You don’t just manage accounts; you build lasting, impactful partnerships. • Lead Teams in Hands-On Activations: Manage a team focused on executing hands-on-keyboard marketplace advertising across multiple retail channels. Ensure campaigns exceed conversion and ROI objectives; step in to be a dynamic, hands-on leader for day-to-day client engagements, utilizing direct experience in Retail Media advertising. • Strategic Advisory: Deliver advanced channel-specific insights and strategic recommendations to enhance client satisfaction, growth and retention. • Executive Communication: Customize communications for diverse audiences, including executive-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Commerce dynamics and client goals. • Seamless Execution: Support client onboarding and transitions by providing deep channel expertise and effective prioritization across multiple projects. 2. People Leadership You build and lead high-performing teams, owning your team’s strategy and empowering individuals to thrive. • Alignment & Clarity: Communicate clearly and effectively with your team to ensure alignment on objectives and expectations. • Developmental Coaching: Provide constructive, developmental feedback—up, down, and across—fostering a culture of continuous improvement, including handling difficult conversations as needed. • Goal Setting: Set clear, measurable goals for your team that align with broader business objectives and drive high performance. 3. Product-Led Innovation You will deeply embed Tinuiti's product suite, 3P technology, and AI into your day to day workflow to drive efficiency and optimize client success. • Technical Fluency & Utilization: Demonstrate fluency in our product and technology suite, while integrating it into commerce strategies, leveraging these tools in day-to-day work and as a primary method for account optimization & client communication. • Team Upskilling: Drive team-wide technical fluency for your channel, teaching troubleshooting and advising on process optimization to minimize manual work. • Product Improvement Champion - Proactively identifies and translates technical channel needs, operational pain points, and workflow inefficiencies into actionable feedback for the product team, to improve our product efficacy and utilization. 4. Data & Measurement Driven You are skilled in analyzing complex Commerce datasets to extract key insights and provide compelling, strategic recommendations for action. • Strategic Analysis: Monitor performance using advanced analytics tools to identify high-impact areas for improvement and ensure alignment with KPIs. • Sophisticated Methodology: Leverage A/B tests, incrementality, statistical analyses, and other advanced methodologies to evaluate performance, create strategies, and monitor results. 5. The Tinuiti Way You will maintain a thorough understanding of Tinuiti’s solutions, interconnectedness, and ways of working, focusing on primary channel depth and progressive multi-channel expertise. • Strategic & Tactical Leader: Leads the development & adoption of best practices and the application of the Tinuiti Way framework across their team. Develops and executes strategies across channels (Amazon Search & DSP, Amazon Operation, other Retail Media channels), refining and expanding the Tinuiti Way framework to drive client business outcomes. • Operational Excellence: Partner on and own efficient channel operations delivery, innovating new processes and strategies, and measuring success through accuracy and client success. • Advanced Strategy: Execute advanced strategies within your channel of expertise while engaging in cross-training to expand into additional channels. • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to a culture of experimentation with new strategies and tools, implementing innovative tactics to stay ahead of industry trends. • Collaboration: Work with other channel specialists to share knowledge and best practices, fostering a holistic multi-channel approach. 6. Owner Mindset You take initiative, embrace meritocracy, and drive accountability at every level to support individual and company success. • Proactive Diagnosis: Assess high-level opportunities for improvement within the e-commerce ecosystem to achieve growth, retention, and profitability targets. • Problem Solving: Apply advanced critical thinking to solve complex problems and implement process improvements that reduce waste and increase productivity. • Strategic Prioritization: Manage time effectively across complex clients, partner relationships, and strategic initiatives. Who You Are • An experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in Retail Media account and people leadership. • A data-centric strategist who is comfortable with hands-on keyboard activation and executive-level storytelling. • A mentor who is passionate about driving technical fluency and building team culture. • An innovator who views AI and technology as essential components of modern marketing success. The hiring salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 . We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
