Full-Stack Web Developer (Front-End Back-End) — Remote

Recruitlytics is hiring a highly skilled Full-Stack Web Developer to build and improve modern web applications that power our recruitment, hiring, and talent automation platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both front-end and back-end, takes pride in clean code, and can deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. You’ll collaborate with product and operations to build dashboards, career tools, candidate workflows, and internal systems that help companies hire faster and smarter. Key Responsibilities Front-End Development • Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern UI frameworks • Convert designs into clean, reusable components and layouts • Optimize performance for speed, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness • Create dashboards, forms, workflows, and interactive features • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent UI behavior Back-End Development • Develop secure APIs and server-side logic for platform features • Design and manage databases, data models, and query optimization • Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls • Build scalable services and integrations (ATS, job boards, external APIs) • Handle validation, logging, error handling, and performance monitoring General / Collaboration • Write clean, maintainable code and document core features • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices (testing, version control) • Work closely with product/operations teams to scope and deliver features • Troubleshoot production issues and deploy fixes efficiently • Improve existing workflows and suggest better architecture when needed Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong experience as a Full-Stack Developer building production web apps • Solid understanding of front-end + back-end architecture • Experience with at least one modern front-end framework: • React, Next.js, Vue, Angular (React/Next.js preferred) • Experience with back-end frameworks such as: • Node.js (Express/NestJS), Python (Django/FastAPI), PHP (Laravel), or similar • Database experience: • PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integration workflows • Familiar with Git workflows (branching, pull requests, reviews) • Excellent attention to detail, UI consistency, and clean logic Nice to Have (Big Advantage) • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP • Understanding of DevOps basics: Docker, CI/CD, deployment pipelines • Experience with authentication systems (OAuth, JWT, SSO) • Familiarity with analytics / dashboards / reporting tools • SEO experience for job boards and landing pages What You’ll Get at Recruitlytics • Fully remote work environment • Flexible scheduling with performance-based workflow • Opportunity to build real products used by hiring teams • Long-term growth and leadership potential for high performers • A fast-moving environment where your code ships and matters Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
