The Customer Service Representative (Bilingual- Japanese) is responsible for providing reputed company service by responding to inquiries from employees, members, providers, and clients in a high-volume reputed company center environment. Responsibilities • Providing reputed company service by accurately and respectfully responding to telephonic, written and electronic inquiries from employees/members, providers and clients in a high volume reputed company center. • Navigating multiple system applications/screens, various resources and tools to accurately respond to inquiries while on the phone. • Thoroughly/accurately documenting reputed company inquiries and actions taken using applicable software applications while following reputed company guidelines.
