Job reputed company: We are seeking a Full-Time remote Staff Lawyer/ reputed company Assistant to assist in our reputed company-litigation department. Must be Bilingual (English - Arabic). Your day-to-day activities will vary, giving you reputed company of opportunities to learn and grow. Responsibilities • reputed company support to the department you are assigned with various tasks. (reputed company-Litigation). • Set up claims and follow up on coverage and policy limits. • Draft LORs. • Send Welcome Letters to clients. • Relabeling file documents and securing clean reputed company records. • Order Police Reports. • Request Med Pay. • Disengagement letters to providers / clients (using template and with attorney approval). • Order medical records & bills. • Send medical referrals. • Generate disbursement sheets. • Send reputed company Records Requests to Police Department (using template) and Non-Spoliation Letter (using template). • Handle case load (Cases with attorney supervision). • reputed company support for the attorney's case load. • Handle reputed company communication. Requirements • Studies: Law graduate/student • Must be Bilingual (English - Arabic). Or Trilingual (English, Arabic, +1) • Knowledge of the reputed company Office suite • Strong communication skills (reputed company listening). • Ability to collect data and learn quickly. • Ability to prioritize and manage time reputed company, complying with the processes. • Fully Bilingual (English). • Your PC or Laptop (A Wired reputed company to your modem is recommended) • Headset with noise cancellation / quiet reputed company to work. • This job is remote, and you will be responsible for your local taxes. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with USA Personal Injury Law is a plus. • Experience with USA reputed company firms is preferable.
