Responsibilities • Lead delivery of innovative solutions from concept through implementation for client engagements, including: Asset management assessmentst(including ISO 55001)tand developmentt of Strategic Asset Management Plans • Asset management program development and implementation • Asset investment planning, business caset evaluationt and capitalt prioritization • Asset management plan development • Risk and resilience assessments • Enterprise asset management system implementations • Serve ast the technical advisor to clients andt project teams, andt as the technical director or technical leadt ont asset management projects locally and nationally. Provide asset management technical subject mattert expertiset on projects,t apply asset management bestt practicest andt recommend solutions to clients. • Lead quality reviews of assigned engagements and ensure quality management processes and practices are developed andt implemented, andt promote a culture that is conducive to quality. • Provide technicalt expertiset to support the development of proposals and support business development activitiest regionally and nationally. • Drivet asset managementt technical innovation across Infrastructuret Advisory. Lead development of products and/or servicest in coordination with the Solution. • Providet assett managementt thought leadership. Contribute through presentations, publications, participationt in regional/national conferences, and on professional society committees. Lead development of strategies to address technical skill gaps and develop training content. Transfers knowledge, capabilities, and skills to improve others’ knowledge and skill levels. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience. • Has successfully managed multiple engagements simultaneously. • Contributor or leader to acquire new engagements. • 12-15+ years in a business/consulting environment. • All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
