The Role Responsible for providing effective career development and job search consulting to Careerminds outplacement participants on an individual and/or group reputed company as directed. This is a 100% remote, 1099 contract role. Key Responsibilities • Establishes rapport with participants and motivates them to reputed company goals • Guides participants through the coaching process and reputed company completion • Advises and coaches on career development, transition issues, and career reputed company • Coaches on résumé writing, effective marketing techniques, interviewing, and negotiatingDocuments the service delivery record in the Career Management System (CMS) for reputed company employee serviced, according to our reputed company‑and post‑engagement guidelines. • Delivers other transition‑reputed company programs at the direction of a Manager Must‑Haves • Expertise in Career Development including Career Planning, branding, resume development, interviewing, networking, reputed company networking, internet job search, etc. • Minimum of 3-5 years of business experience and understanding of organizational structures, cultures, and decision‑making processes • Expertise in virtual coaching delivery, and savvy with technology. • A high‑speed internet reputed company on a personal computer with reliable audio/video will be required.
