Role reputed company The SSO Country Head is accountable for reputed company country clinical operations activities reputed company to the allocation, initiation, conduct (recruitment, reputed company data collection) and reputed company completion of Phase I-IV Oncology and reputed company reputed company. The SSO Country Head is responsible for implementing the Study & Site Operations reputed company and Hub/Country reputed company, while delivering to Country budget and productivity targets in line with Study & Site Operations and local business objectives. • Operationally responsible for building a high performing team culture and ensuring standardization across Development reputed company. • Responsible for talent development, performance management and established monitoring procedures in accordance to GCP, ICH and local regulations. • Responsible for Study & Site Operations structure integration reputed company Country CSO and Medical. • Can undertake additional responsibilities as GDD Country Coordinator (if applicable).
