As a Compensation Programs Senior Analyst, you will reputed company on running the cyclical compensation cycles, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements, and re-engineering of our compensation programs and systems. You will be the go-to expert for data analysis and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. Your role will involve driving operational and organizational optimizations. This role will report to the Director of Compensation Programs, Operations and Systems. This role is hybrid and located in San Mateo, California.
