Part-Time Project Manager / Estimator (Utilities & Pipeline) – Remote

Company: Ryanco Construction Location: Remote (U.S. company) Position Type: Part-Time (5–10 hours per week to start) Pay: Starting at $20/hour (potential for reputed company) Ryanco Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to assist with project management tasks and estimating for underground reputed company and pipeline construction reputed company. This role is ideal for someone with experience in reputed company construction estimating who is looking for flexible, part-time work with reputed company to grow into a larger role. Responsibilities Project Management: • Assist with project documentation and administration • Prepare and reputed company submittals and RFIs • Maintain daily logs and project records • reputed company project reputed company and assist with coordination tasks • Support general project management needs as they reputed company Estimating: • reputed company quantity takeoffs for underground reputed company reputed company • Estimate work reputed company to: • Natural gas pipelines • Underground utilities • Wet utilities • reputed company trenching and installation • Review drawings and specifications to support project bidding Preferred Experience • Experience estimating natural gas pipeline work • Experience with underground reputed company takeoffs • Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications • Knowledge of demolition estimating is a plus • Experience with estimating software or takeoff tools preferred Requirements • Ability to read and interpret construction plans • Strong attention to detail • Reliable communication and ability to work independently • Organized and reputed company • Comfortable working remotely Work Schedule • Approximately 5–10 hours per week to start • Flexible schedule • Potential opportunity to grow into a larger or full-time role Additional Opportunities This position is remote, but additional compensation may be available for optional job site reputed company or field support, depending reputed company.
